Typical response times are under 4 seconds, depending on image quality and load. We maintain high availability and low latency globally. For enterprise customers, we can work with you to decrease response times further through custom infrastructure or dedicated environments.
One scan equals one API request, and each plan includes a set number of scans per month. If you exceed your monthly allocation, additional scans are billed per scan at a rate that decreases on higher-volume plans, from $0.060 on Developer down to $0.040 on Advanced, with custom rates on Enterprise. Yes. TAGGUN supports receipts from all countries and their official languages. We provide different levels of support for each country, with specific optimisations for regional formats and requirements. Data processing & retention
- TAGGUN does not store any sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII)
- You can opt out of storage per api request. This means it's not shared with us (enable incognito mode).
- Minimal logs are retained solely for security and monitoring, and do not contain personal or receipt data
- Customer data is not used to train our models unless requested. In the case a customer requests a specific optimisation and provides permission to use files and data we will use this information for improvement.
- All images are encrypted with AES256 when in transit and at rest
